Dogs and Cats With Special Needs

There are several dogs and cats listed on our site who have special needs - some may be older, some have health problems or medical conditions which require special care or regular medications, some are deaf or blind and some have been mistreated or abused and need a placement with people who are willing to work with them and gain their trust. These dogs and cats are not for everyone, but we know that there are wonderful folks in our community who are willing to open their homes and hearts to a cat and dog who hasn't had the greatest life so far, or who has some health issues that will need to be addressed for the rest of the animal's life.

We believe that every dog and cat deserves a chance to find a loving home and those people who will love and care for them for the rest of their lives. Again, special needs animals are not for everyone, but they can bring a great deal of love and joy into the right home.
